What a great day!! 
I have spent most of the day on the phone with one company after another.  Good news and Bad.....Great news and ????  I thought that I had most of Mary's stuff together and just had to make a few phone calls.  But.....after going through all the folders and papers.....was way more than I thought.  No way to 'keep on top' of all the different segments that have had to be notified.  Will be waiting for forms in the mail.  Not one has them on line.  Every single one has to be called....get through the routing mechanism.....talk to a real person.....transfer to the correct department.....give information....request forms....they are snail mailed to you....fill out....mail back....and then processed.  No shortcuts to be found.  I can only imagine what it would have been like if I had not had a starting place from 2002. 
Hoping all have a good filing system.....and a folder with all the information you can think of.....

Computer hard drive gone!!  Getting new computer with warranty!!  It has got to be better than fixing old one and having no warranty.  I am getting tired of computers that break AFTER warranty......INTERMITTENT  INTERNET!!!  and cars that just want ATTENTION!!!

I did figure out how to get the wireless to work again.  At least now I can move around the house....when the internet is (sorta) working....
