I just realized that it is 11-11 and after 11pm.....11th month, 11th day, 11th hour, 11th minute and it is the start of Fashing!! Party Time!!

For anybody who has lived in Germany....it is the time before Lent. From now til Rose Monday, Shove Tuesday, and Ash Wednesday it is party time. Time to get out and have a good time before the coming of Lent. This is when I miss living in Germany and Europe. (Besides missing the food, cheese, wine, and volksmarching!!) It sneaks up.... clobbers me over the head.... and makes me 'homesick'.
